Sala Living — furniture showcase

Concept build. Sala Living is a fictional furniture workshop, built to show what the Launch package looks like finished rather than described. Nothing on the site is for sale.

It answers the most common brief in Phnom Penh: a business selling through a Facebook page, with no address it can send to a customer and nothing that shows up in search.

What it demonstrates

• A single page that leads with the product and ends with a way to message — no navigation to get lost in.
• Contact through Telegram, WhatsApp, phone and email, which are the apps people here already have open. Not a form that lands in a spam folder.
• An editorial layout on a serif display face, because in furniture the photography does the selling and the type should stay out of its way.
• Specifications and delivery terms written out, so the questions that normally cost three messages are answered before anyone asks.

Built with Astro and Tailwind, served as static files from Cloudflare's edge. Almost no JavaScript reaches the browser, which is what keeps it fast on a mid-range phone over mobile data.
